Do you think using a while loop with shift registers can resolve the closed loop problem

I haven't seen a lot of LabVIEW neural network examples but you might check out the following tutorial on NI's website:

As far as implementing a closed loop in LabVIEW, the while loop with shift registers is exactly the route you will want to take.
