Application Builder can not be activated if I already have LabView Full Developm System?!

I have tried to make executable application in from LabView project and
I suprised 'Application Builder' should be activated.
My NI licenses manager show I have to purchase/install LabView Pro or
Debug Deployment tools.
Qusetion:
It possible to by separately this option and what is price of this options?
Or have I just calculate a differnce between Pro or Debug Deployment and
LabView Full dev.system to estimate cost?

It is usually cheaper to buy Labview Pro or Developer Suite than to buy the Full Development System and then buy Application Builder as an addon.  You may be able to upgrade your Full Dev System for a higher one for a smaller additional cost.  You need to talk to your local NI sales rep, or contact the NI sales force.
