Arduino UNO Com-port not found on MakerHub-LINX even though it shows on device manager and Arduino is connected properly

See if it shows up in NI MAX. The alias might be mixed up between NI MAX and Device Manager.
I do suggest you to drop LINX and write the Arduino code in it's native C++ language. You'll have much more control and freedom.
