At-dio-32HS

Hi to everyone, I own the card AT-DIO-32HS but when I move it from a
computer to another I didn't find AT-... between the options in the
MAX it only appears the AT-DIO-32F.
WHY did appen?
Have I find the proper driver?

Make sure that you have refreshed MAX after you have placed the AT-DIO-32HS board in the computer. You can do this with the F5 key. If this does not work, delete the AT-DIO-32F entry in MAX and refresh again.

There is a possiblity that you have a bad installation of MAX. If refreshing MAX does not work. I would suggest to uninstall NI-DAQ though Windows Add/Remove Programs utility, download the latest version of NI-DAQ from this website and reinstall it.

Let me know how it goes.

Oh, NO.
I re-put it on the first Computer and it functions.
It appears automatically on MAX as At-DIO-32HS but when I've insert it
o
n the second computer I didn't find it and I wasn't able to configure
it.
I reinstall Ni-daq 6.8.0 and after NI-DAQ 6.8.1, but is was useless.
What do you advice to do

Here is what I would suggest, it may take a little while, though may do the trick.

1. Go to Windows Add/Remove Programs and uninstall NI-DAQ

2. Click on the Start button the Run, type in regedit. This will open the Windows Registry Editor. Follow this path to the NI-DAQ folder. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software >> National Instruments >>NI-DAQ. Delete the NI-DAQ folder.

3. Take the board out of the computer, make sure it does not appear in Device Manager anymore.

4. Download and install NI-DAQ 6.9.2 from ni.com

5. After NI-DAQ 6.9.2 has installed completely, place the board back in the computer.

This will usually fix issues like this, let me know if it does not.

Another good resource is the Data Acquisition (DAQ) Installation/Configuration Troubleshooter:

http://www.ni.com/support/daq/daq6.htm

Hope this helps,
