but there is no psuedocode in those tutorials which will help
to sove the issue of the vi i am doing..

Of course not.
Pseudocode is a short hand way to describe what you want the code to do.
The tutorials are to show you how to program in LabVIEW.
If you can't make the connection between the two to figure out how to program what you want to do, I suggest you go take a more basic programming course.

Thank you all very much for your help. I have successfully completed this project. I put my results in AND operator, and when both the codes were acquired, then the data was written. Once again, thank you for the efforts.
