BER Tool and Jitter Analysis Toolkit(JTA)

Hi All,

I have confused BER calculation in utilization the LabVIEW BER Tool and JTA. As you can see in the following picture, in order to calculate BER, I'm using both BER Tool and JTA but values of the both tools are different.

I understand that from the BER Tool, it's search for the maximization with the determined PN pattern, for instance Fibonocci, order 9, then find the index and make a XOR opertion for the rest after the trigger index value with the determined PN sequence.

I didn't use any synch. tool such as phase and time synchronization.

Can u help me on this case.
