BER of wireless modulation with USRP

Hi there

I have a trouble in measuring the BER of BPSK with 2 USRPs, one for Tx, and the other for Rx.  The trouble is that the results are different from the simulation. 

The VIs are included in the "Digital Wireless Communication: Physical Layer Exploration Lab using the NI USRP".

 Attached are screen shots of signal consteration of both simulation and experiment with USRP.

I would appreciate any comments on the matter.
