Bandpass filter for cRIO FPGA always outputs square wave

I am trying to create a bandpass filter for the cRIO FPGA. I am using DFD Code Generator to generate the FPGA subVI for a bandpass filter then implementing it on the FPGA using the FPGA interface mode.  The filter appears to be working - only allowing the specified frequencies through, however, the output of the filter is always a low amplitude square wave, even though the input is a sinusoidal wave.

Was wondering if anyone may know how to fix this problem? Or has anyone successfully used DFD Code Generator to create a filter for a FPGA?

I am using LabView 8.6.1.

What are the parameters that you have entered for this filter (you may want to post a screenshot of your setup dialog)?  How are you using the filter within your code?
