Basler Camera cannot be opend with NI-IMAQdx or Basler Pylon

I assume it is driver issue, but hard to fix. Any advice will be tried and provided feedback here. Appreciate.

When click 'cam0: Basler acA2040-90umNIR', the 2 errors will pop out.

I changed to another USB port and it worked.
