Block-functions cannot be connected

Solved!

Spoiler
I have downloaded library of LabView functions from Intan (to read data from RHD 2000 board) with LabVIEW. I installed drivers etc. When I start "acquire continuous".vi , it runs and saves the data. But, if I want to copy part of the code to modify separately in my own program, I can not do it, all block-functions are not selectable, that is there is no pointer when I move over the block-function with the mouse (only hand appears, not arrow to select anything). In menu I also can not choose copy/paste/select all or part of the code. Why? I can do so with my own functions or in other libraries. I also tried to switch auto-select tool off, but the problem is still there.

Placing your question is spoiler tags and underline everything is just plain confusing.

Do you use the same LabVIEW version for everything? For example if you copy from a newer version to an older version, it might only paste as image.

I apologize, I did it on the phone and did not notice that it went into a wrong field. Should I repost?

I can not copy, select or paste anything at all, it is definitely not an image I can run the program. I also tested same vis in LabView 2017, runsm, but I have the same problem.

I guess the VIs are configured as preallocated clones. If you try to open the subVI, it might be opened as an instance of a clone. There will be text "clone" appended to the VI name.

You cannot Edit a Clone VI. You must open the VI from the File Explorer directly.

You can always select Operate --> Change to Edit Mode on the clone and it will open the original for editing.

Equivalently, more quickly, press ctrl-M
