Hi,
I urgently need the instructions to retrieve/erase a BridgeVIEW 2.1 password. I have other messages posted but so far I have not received the instructions.
OS: Windows NT

Starting another whole message thread isn't going to help you get the answer any faster. If that one didn't give you the answer, then why did you mark Ben's answer solved?

I contacted NI and... they refered me back to the discussion forum and advised to start a new thread.

Were you able to get an answer in August 2007 from Nick R and just don't remember what it was? Or is this the same issue as then and it was never resolved?
I'm a little concerned that NI support keeps bumping you over to the discussion forum to get your question answered even though you have a service contract with them. BridgeVIEW is a rather old software platform that is either no longer sold, or its features have been wrapped up in newer products. I guess they might be saying they no longer support it. But if anyone has the answer to your question, I think they would have the knowledge buried away somewhere. It would be much more likely than the general public of the discussion forum users who only a handful might have any real knowledge of it.
