This is a very strange behavior. It appears you are working with LabVIEW 7.0. The cluster container is a built in function, so there is no way to change the look and feel of the container that you drag from the palette. I drop the same control from Controls >> Array & Cluster >> Cluster and it drops a control with the label in the top left corner of the control. Apparently, your appears different than this. Becuase there is no place to change this controls appearance, the only thing I can think is something has become corrupt. I wish I had something more helpful.
