Build a Web App Webinar - Cannot Access

Solved!
Go to solution

Because I don't know where else to post this and I'm really annoyed I'm missing this, I posted it here...

I was really looking forward to this webinar.  I registered for it days ago.  I saved the event into my Outlook calendar.  I clicked the link provided.  Didn't work.  Opens up a failure saying the link is in incorrect format or something.

Searched and searched and searched NI.com for a link or something that allows me to just join the thing I registered and I cannot find it.  Only the ability to register for the event.  Which I did again.  Got another calendar event... and another link that doesn't work!

PLEASE HELP!

Hi,

Sorry you ran into those errors when trying to watch the webinar! Some things to note

- If you registered you will get a recording sent to you through email (should be a day or two)

- There will also be an on-demand version going up at some point

- We created some example code for the event when you can check out here https://forums.ni.com/t5/Example-Code/Build-A-Web-App-for-Your-Test-System-in-30-Minutes-Webinar/ta-...

Once the on-demand version goes live I will let you know and post back here to make sure you get it! Again, really sorry the registration link wasn't working.

Actually, just realized the link is live now! Try this link

and let me know if that works for you or not. If it doesn't you may have to try a different browser. It should bring you to a page where you'll input your email address you registered with.

And if that doesn't work I can figure out a way to get you a recording of some kind in a different format!

The link worked, however... I wish to share this with colleagues.  The link suggests you had to have registered beforehand.  Can they just use your email that seems to autofill?

Ideally they would use your Join Link so it could fill in your email address which you registered with, but feel free to share mine above with your colleagues if that's the only one that works.

Also, on a side note, if you're interested in diving deeper into how to customize your WebVIs definitely check out this upcoming virtual LabVIEW User Group meeting on August 19th https://info.gsystems.com/labviewlive/.

One of our very own NI Developers will be talking through how you can customize your WebVIs with CSS and using the JavaScript Library Interface! It's a bit more advanced than what I showed in the webinar above, but at the very least you and your colleagues could see what's possible.
