Here is where the salesman in me points out that there are no "Problems," only "Opportunities to Excell!"

Time to switch direction from confrontation to cooperation. 

Offer to facilitate bringing a 3rd party in situ to evaluate the users needs and the fit of the product.  Find the right Certified LabVIEW Consultant and both parties benefit by having a better product and opening the relationship with frank discussions that can be filtered through the party you sick in the middle of the mess.

I wonder 🤔 where you find someone who has done that before?
