CANopen PDO PCI Series 2

Hi,

I am communicating with CANopen from mi NI PCI CAN Series 2 and an HBM module MP55. This module provides a CAN interface with PDOs. I've tried with the NI example CANopen Receive.vi but I only get messages from the interface when I disconnect the connection and reconnect but no continious data from the module. How can I establish a continious communication with the current data? The module says that it is ready for PDO communication - but how can I start the communication programmatically?

Any hints?

Dear Joachim,

have you installed the NI CANopen LabVIEW Library? If so, there are very nice examples in C:\Programme\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\examples\CANopen\canopen.llb - especially ApplicationExample.vi shows how you would use it.

Well, I guess you should switch the equipment to operational mode. Actually I don't have this library, but I do this task with simple CAN vi's

How can I get a trial version of LabView CANopen Library? Does anybody knows?
