So here is a picture of what I would like to get.

I read partially the CCD sensor, each part being what I call a field.

For each field I get an intensity array, i.e. an intensity array per white area on the picture.

For each field I also get the following information:

xOrigin, yOrigin, xSize, ySize, xBin, yBin

So for field 1:

xOrigin=10

yOrigin=10

xSize=25

ySize=25

xBin=1

yBin=1

For field 2:

xOrigin=800

yOrigin=150

xSize=100

ySize=200

xBin=1

yBin=1

 ...

So depending on the origin/size/binning information, I would like to merge each area intensity array into the bigger CCD-sensor-representing intensity array.

Can you help?
