Calculate Frequency from a train pulse wave

I got a train pulse wave 0..24V at a sample rate of 1024 Hz during about 10 seconds (array of 10240) with a variable frecuency around 25 Hz (1500rpm).

I need to obtain an array with the same dimension (10240) with the exact calculated frequency. I know that from pulse to pulse all data in the calculate frequency array won´t change, but I really can get a good algorhym for that.

Have you tried with the buffered frequency measurement using counters included in LabVIEW examples?
