I request for help in calibration of a S type load cell using NI c-DAQ 9178 chassis mounted with NI 9219 module.
Attached the load cell datasheet, the 9219 connections used and settings used LabView.
The Nominal Output of the load cell is 3mV/V.
As per me the 9219 module is giving an excitation of 2.5V (default value) to the load cell.
The issue is I am not able to get stable readings of 50N for a dead weight of 5 kg kept on the load cell.
I also tried giving a 10 V DC external power supply to the load cell, but the DAQ assistant configurator shows an error of excitation voltage of 2.5V.
The bridge resistance of the load cell is checked and is within prescribed limits mentioned in the datasheet.
