Calling the user.dll findwindows function returns 0

Calling user.dll with a library function call to find LABVIEW and exit works fine.
However, if it finds another program (outlook, chrome), it returns 0.
I want to check if other programs are running.
I would appreciate it if you let me know how to check it.

I solved it using system exec's tasklist.
