Can I find an NI product that replaces Zetron 18/18 Plus Control Link

My application is to remotly monitor temperature (analog signal) and report a power failure (digital signal) and convert these signals to audio signal so I can send them over a telephone line to the central location. I do not know if NI has any product that can convert analog and digital signals to audio signal (Medium Shift Key or the alike). Thanks for help.

The modulation toolkit produces the MSK format from a bit steam, but there are no conversion VIs to go directly from analog signal data to MSK format. You would have to do the conversion from analog signal to bit stream.
