Can I send a trigger from Raspberry to a Vision Builder running on a Laptop?

Hello, I have a question, is it possible to send a signal from raspberry to Vision Builder AI, thats running on a laptop, to act as a trigger for the camera thats connected to the laptop to trigger a inspection?
