Can I use a NI PCI GBIP in place of HP 82350A?

I'm trying to configure an HP 5890 II to a Windows 2000 with Chemstation B02.01.  The 5890 II is equipped with an HPIB interface and I have a NI PCI-GPIB IEEE 488.2 card.

Also you can use both cards because it bases on ieee 488. Before that you have to install their driver.
