Can Installer Wizard background(graphics) be customized?

Is it possible to customize background of the installer wizard.

Here, installler means the installer created by Build Application utility.

and background means pictures and graphics.

I have downloaded OpenG Commander to download OpenG Builder Package, but I was unable to download. The OpenG Commander was always giving error 56 in between. Can u please send me this OpenG Builder, if u have.

I have downloaded OpenG package builder by setting timeout to 1000s in OpenG Commander.
