Can PCI 6251 be used in real time targeted PC with 1Mhz timed loop?

I am having PCI 6251 . In its specification it is written that it is compatible with RT target/OS. Can it be used in real time targeted PC with 1Mhz timed loop.By targeting PC with laptop and placing card PCI slot of PC?
