Can i set up labview to graph blood pressure,heart rate etc and how?

Im new to Labview so require assistance.

Yes, you can. From LabVIEW's "point of view", all it receive is an electrical signal. You need the adequate sensors and data acquisition hardware to capture your signals, convert it to a electrical signal and input to the computer so LabVIEW can have access to the data.

National instruments also has a product specifically to measure biological signals. It is called BioBench:

LabVIEW itself also ships with some very good examples that will work perfectly for this type of application. There are examples that continuously aquire and chart data. With some very simple modifications (scale the raw voltages aquired to appropriate blood pressure, heart rate, etc) you could get this up and running. It is just a matter of getting the appropirate sensors, a DAQ board and modifying one of these examples.
