Can not configure for loop for parallelism

For what it is worth, and my guess is that it is very little given the Avagadro's number of errors, I was able to configure all of the For Loops for Parallel execution and save the VI.  LV2009 with no SP1.

Edit:  Two independent data points now.

Thanks, guys.  This tells me this has something to do with the complexity of the diagrams.  I have been having some other problems with this application that might be related - sometimes when I am moving things around I get a draw.cpp error that kills LV. This leads me to believe that these two bizarre issues might be related.  Being a programmer, I know how frustrating it is to tell someone that something is not working but not able to reproduce it.  C'est la vie.
