Can not read text file: Error 7 file not found

Hi,

      I am reading a text file (header.txt) which is put at the same directory as the vi. I use winXP & Labview 8.6. The VI reported error: 

Error 7 occurred at open/create/replace file in OpenTextFile.vi.

      However, I copied the file path at the end of the error message and pasted it in the IE address bar, and I found that IE can open the file.

      Why it does not work?

Never mind. I solved it. I feeded the wrong file name in the diagram.
