I have been having issues with deploying an executable to a PXI RT system that seemed to be associated with the NI System Configuration update from 14 to 14.0.1 so I removed those updates from my system (as well as a ton of other stuff that went along with this), and reinstalled LV 2014 along with the device drivers. Now, ff I click Help->System Information in MAX, I see absolutely no software under the heading National Instruments Software. Anybody have any thoughts? This is getting frustrating....

I solved a couple of times NI MAX problems using the configuration data reset. It is located in the MAX menu in Tools/Reset Configuration Data. The reset deletes the configuration data and you need to reboot the computer. When you start MAX again, it rebuilds the configuration. It worked for me pretty good.
Before you do that, you should use File/Export to backup DAQmx and other settings. I usually select the (.ini) file format for the backup, because the file is saved as a regular test file, not a binary. You may rung also the File/Create Report... as additional backup. It is not possible to restore configurations data from the report, but you can see at least the complete configuration settings, even those not included in the 'export configuration' file.

Thanks, chembo - I saw that entry on the MAX reboot. This just seems so kludgey. Given that I was having some issues related to deployment and that I am not working on any projects at this time that require another version than 14, I think I might wipe the slate clean and see if this fixes the problem (I have NI entries dating back to 6 on this machine). If this issue does not resolve with this reset, I will likely be in trouble....
