Can someone convert this LV 8 vi to LV 7?

So I saved this for 7.0, but there were some issues when saving it, due to VIs you were using that werent in 7.0. One of them was the "space constant" which I replaced with the "blank string constant".

Let me know if this works enough for you to get going.

Hi mecsumit,

here you go. You have to rework some parts as the mixed signal graph of LV8+ doesn't exist in LV7.1...

Btw. the graph was connected after the build array node!

I, too, would like to have a LV8 VI saved for use with 7.0.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Eric

Hi Eric,

it would be nice to mention that your VI is LV8.5 instead of just "LV 8"...

Maybe you will have problems  running the VI, as I didn't have the needed .NET structures on my computer...

Best regards,
GerdW

Thanks, and sorry for the incomplete description.  Unfortunately, I still can't open a VI saved in LV 7.1 with my version 7.0 (and cannot update to an out-of-date LV version).

I have attached the VI from LV 8.5 again, and wonder if anyone can open it in LV 8.5 or later, and save it so that I can open it using LV 7.0.  I would very much appreciate the time and money it would save me not to be forced to update my whole system for this one small subVI.  Thanks very much in advance.

Cheers,

Eric

Hi,

I need to use this file with LabView 7.1. I saved it in LabView 8.0 (I use The 8.6 release on my laptop, and the 7.1 on the other computers).

Thank you.
