Can't see CAN Channel in NI Data Neighbourhood

Hi, I am upgrading the old pc with LabVIEW 2011 to a new PC with new PCI Cards, with Labview 2023 installed on it. 

I have imported the NI DAQmx Tasks & channels, but can not import the CAN Channels (.NCD Files) in NI MAX. 

However, since it shows the Import CAN Channels in X-NET, with a cluster and the frames, I do not understand why not automatically it creates a CAN Channel in NI MAX, --> Data Neighbourhood? Does someone knows the magic trick?

To my knowledge, CAN Channels under Data Neighbour is a workflow for NI-CAN. NI-XNET is different from NI-CAN in many ways.

What model of CAN device are you using? There is only PCI-6353 detected in your NI MAX.
