Can't use Read from Spreadsheet

Few days ago, it runs smoothly (but I dont know whether I run it on RT engine or labview for window). Yesterday I tried to run the unmodified version of same VI again, it gaves me error 43. I was told by a technician that it is impossible to run it on RT. Can I possible to configure it run on Labview for Windows? When I choose Labview for windows it says AO Config Error.

I don't know if this is the same issue as the one in another Discussion Forum about reading a spreadsheet and passing the values from the host computer to the RT box.

If it is, I just posted a new response about the how to use VI server and RT communication wizard.

If you try to use your AO,and those AO are in the remote RT system, then you cannot run this VI in Windows. You would need to run it in the RT. You will probably need to change the VI so that the read from spreadsheet is done in the host computer while writing to the AO is done in the RT.
