Can't use third party simulator using PXIe-784x, PXIe-785x, PXIe-786x

I want to do a third party simulation using PXIe-784x, PXIe-785x and PXIe-786x, but, why can't I choose the third party simulation when use those FPGA target? Please, somebody help me!
