Can the NI 9208 AI card except loop powered and single 4 to 20 mA signals.

I have an application that I am using a NI 9208 current input card.  The signals that are connected are both looped and single input.  The looped powered sensor is connected to AI0, COMM and Vsup.  I have a 24 Vdc power supply connected to Vsup and COMM.  The other sensors are not 4 to 20 mA looped powered and they are connected to COMM and AI1...AI4.  All the sensors share the same 24 Vdc power source.

Can the NI 9208 except both types of connections?

The 9208 can accept loop-powered and three-wire current transducers. Refer to pages 9-11 of the 9208 Specifications Manual for more information. As far as your AI1-AI4 sensors, as long as they fall within the input range (typical 22mA), you should be fine.
