Can the format of the Digital display of a Gauge control be change seperately from the scale?

When I change the format & precision of my gauge control to 2 significant digits with a precision type of significant digits the scale shows 0 - 300 as it should. However, I also want to show the digital display with two decimal places. When I change the precision type setting to digits of precision it also shows the decimal portion on the scale. Is there a way to keep the scale showing 0 - 300 and change the digital display to 0.00 - 300.00? Any help here would be appreciated!

Sorry for any inconvienence, but I figured it out. I forgot I had to select the Digital display from the drop down menu before setting the options I wanted for it.
