Can you sort the "local variable" pick list?

Believe it or not, it is sorted alphabetically in 8.5.
That's good to hear. I just received the package in the mail this morning. I am planning on waiting for another week or so to upgrade to 8.5 to get through my current round of debugging, but this may make me want to upgrade sooner. 
It makes sense to be sorted alphabetically. When you are selecting from the list while programming on the block diagram, I don't know why you would have cared what the tab order was for the front panel at that particular point of time.
