Cannot detect CF-6004 on HP hx2700 series

I have a HP iPAQ 2790 (hx2700 series) with Windows Mobile 5.0, a CF-6004 device, PDA 8.5 module and DAQmx Base 3.0. I followed all the instructions in documentation, but I can not see CF-6004 in NI-DAQmx Base Configuration Utility. I tried everything I found on www.ni.com... I need some help!!!
