Cannot execute binary executive code

hi, I just downloaded some vis from this exchange. it is a binary executable vi...but when i run it, Labview 5.1 gives me error, "resource not found error 8: couldn't load resources" how can I solve? the vis are attached below. Thanks.

Those files are saved from LabVIEW 6.
I converted them to lv 5 for you.

These VIs are for LabVIEW 6.

Depending on its content, it may be changed to your version of LabVIEW.

You can also upgrade to LabVIEW 6. If you use LabVIEW extensively (or plan to o so), this is a good alternative.
