Cannot run an application in full screen

Hello,

My OS is windows 7, LabVIEW version is 8.6. My moniter's resolation is 1600x900.  Set the  application window's appearance as  1600x900, and no title bar. It always can not cover the full desktop, because  it still can see some  little of background beside the application's window. Can give an advise? thanks.
