Cant open tdms files with excel 365 (2019)

Hi. I cant open tdms files with excel 365 (2019). I'm using Labview 2018 32 bit with Windows 7 64 bit and converter tdms to excel ver 2018.

The same files can be open on another pc, so they are uncorrupted.

Here the error message I receive from excel:

Any suggestion?

Is your PC has LabVIEW runtime with tdms-support?
When you install LabVIEW report toolkit, you also install tdms-support for Excell.
But if you haven't installed LabVIEW or Runtime, you can't open TDMS in Excell.
