Change Decoration Color

I want to change the color of decoration (i.e Motor) on feedback, e.g i want red color of motor if Emergency Button Pressed, Green if Running, and Yellow if Tripped, Also i want to show it as spinner Object (which spinns if running and stop to spin if motor is stopped). I was a lookout user, it was easy there, can anybody guide me. waiting for an idea.

Hi,

I assume you don't have the DSC module for LabVIEW... It adds functions and front panel objects such as pipes, valves, pumps, etc... If you can get this module it might help you.
If not, then have a look at the attached VI (LV 8.20 tell me if you have an older version...), it shows how to change the color of a front panel decoration, I don't know how to make it spin to show that the motor is running... maybe you could do it differently... make it blink or add a text "running" on it...
