Change color of needle covered region in Gauge?

I need a Control such that the area covered by the needle in the Gauge should be in red color and the area (or angle) after the Needle should be in blue color.

Help please.. 

how to use Scale.lowcolor scale.Highcolor (in Property node) in Gauge ? does this related to what i am trying to achieve?
