Change default offset in signal calculation step

Hi All,

I'm using LabVIEW SE 2012 on win7.  Is there a way to set DC Signal offset to be equal to the sum of another signal inputs offset plus a constant value (from a text or other?)

I want to be able to change the DC signal offset of one signal and have the DC signal offset of another signal automatically scale up.

Thank you so much.

Sheila,

Changing DC signal offset is the same as adding a constant to every value in the signal, so you can set it to anything you want.  The details depend on what datatypes you are using.

Please post your VI along with some typical data and an explanation of what the output should be.

Thank you for the reply.

I'm not working with VI, at present.  I took two screen shots of the configurations for two Analog DC signals.  I want to set the Offset (V) of the Ag/AgCl signal and have the Pt Bias signal automatically set itself to that offset plus a constant (like 0.5).  Can this be done in C?

Thank you for looking.

This looks more like signalexpress, not LabVIEW. Maybe you should ask here.
