Hola, soy nuevo en este foro, y es que estoy intentando codificar una imagen de televisión que me llega a través de una tarjeta pci normal, pero no encuentro la aplicación correcta para empaquetarlas y poderlas transmitir a través de ip que es exactamente lo que quiero, si pudieran ayudarme en ello les estaría muy agradecido
