As another former AE, I wish I would've thought of that tactic. You put the person on hold in the discussion forum post, and the web page plays oldies music until you get back to them.

Oldies must have been in the good old days!  Last time I was on hold with NI support it was bad 80's music!!

What the new error cluster colour does to the eyes, NI "on hold" music does to the ears!
