This doesn't give much information. Assuming that you have other
software running on thet computer with the RJ45, you might try TCP or
UDP communications. LV running on another computer can open a port
connection and can communicate to the computer over whatever protocol
its software may understand.
If you are asking how to get LV on the computer, then it needs to be
installed. You may be able to remote install if you can mount the drive
of the computer.
Please ask additional questions if these were off the mark, and explain
more about your setup and what you are trying to get working.
