CompactRIO and DAQ assistant

I am beginner Labview user, we have a CompactRio at the Lab, and i am attemting to do some system identification. I am having the following questions/issues:

First, i initially built a VI that create a step input "as initial procedure" via an analog output from CRIO into a system, the output of the system is fed back to the analog input of the CRIO, what i have, is i can see the step and the output signals generated on the Oscilloscope, but in my VI it does not give me TP model "the identified model" using the TP system identification "parametric". How do i retrive my model, i searched for some tutorial or some example but all i see is the DAQ assitant tutorial, which bring me to my second question

Because of the issue above, i wanted to use the DAQ assistant, why doesn't DAQ assistant recognize any ports in CRIO, my CRIO is connected to the project...can i use this assistant for the system identification above.

Some example tutorial or the likes would be great.

DAQAssistent is responsible for DAQmx devices - cRIO isn't one...

Thank you for ur response,

herein i am attaching the VI, the target is the CPU of CRIO , the CRIO ("9104" with modules NI9472, NI9263, NI9201, NI 9853, and NI9401).

The probelm i have, is i generate the square signal, i display it inside the loop, but when i wan to see what's going on on the stimulus and the response signals outside the loop , there are no value, does it have something to do with sampling period and the while period, or am i not storing these values somhow.

Were you able to spot the issue ? i don't see why there is no stimulus and response signals outside the loop

also, let's say that my square signal is just slow step signal with 0.5 Hz, and the sampling period is around 50 ms, what is a good value for the while loop period

Why don't the signals "stimuli and response" show outside the loop, u can see the signals inside the loop, but not outside....did you have an idea, i'd appreciate it
