Compatibility cFP and CompactRIO

I have a project where we are evaluating the upgrade by this must be done step by step. Actually the hardware is cFP, the idea is change the controllers to CompactRIO, my question is if is possible have cFP and Compact RIO are in the same application coexistance and if I can migrate the application done for cFP to CompactRIO

You can run RT-program almost without change. But data acquisition have to be changed because there are different "drivers" for cFP and cRIO
