Search and connect your cRIO in NI-MAX.

There you can change the port-number of the CAN-device inside your cRIO.

It also might be necessary to update or change the firmware of the CAN-module ( dialog are available from NI MAX).

NI MAX also offers a dialog to "blink" the LEDs on the CAN module.

I am facing the same issue however i am able to blink the LEDs using max. But running the LabVIEW example gives the same error as mention the this thread.
