I have been trying to connect this Monochromator via GPID but my Invoke node keeps producing a 1172 error. So I figured it was a problem with my drivers not being updated. Then I went to Newport's website and installed drivers for the 130 but no luck. Is there a way to connect and initialize the device if I don't have the drivers and if so how would I go about doing that? Unless I just have the wrong drivers then which ones should I be using?

I do not have the utility on this computer as we just got a new one nor do I think our past computer had it either. So I should contact the manufacturer to get a new one? I am guessing that would make my life a lot easier.

If you go to the "Resources" section at the bottom of the product page, you will find some software. I would try Oriel Monoutility or the 740XX with the correct connection type.
