Probably there is a use case…
I guess it is explained in the manual of your device! (RTFM!)
The DO pin uses the voltage supply for its logic levels, so FALSE is <=5V and TRUE is 10…30V, please take care of those voltages when trying to connect this signal to a TTL-compatible DI pin of your DAQ device!
